So sad, so sad. =( Rico Yan (a very cute Filipino actor) died yesterday...of hemorraghic pancreatitis...something like that. Or in other words, a nightmare. And I always thought dying through nightmares is just a myth. =/ Too bad. The guy's just 25 years old...and to think that he was there at the ILC last year and he was telling us how proud he was of YFC and all those stuff. Sigh. At first, I thought it was just a joke and all, turns out it's not. It's just so sad, you know? Dying at such a young age. *shudder* And to think I used to be his fan (back during the Gimik times...hehe). (edit: thanks to Mel for the correction in my guestbook!)
This just goes to show that we should live life to the fullest and all. Don't take a single day forgranted!
Rest in eternal peace, then, Mr. Rico Yan. May God welcome him to heaven and bless his family.

I really can't remember since when did summer get this hot?! Maybe I just haven't noticed it before, but then the sun is shining directly down the earth, and it's so friggin' hot. Or maybe I haven't noticed it before because my summer the last few years starts during the ILC (which, I might add, is just *counts* 7 days away). I don't think Tagaytay would be really cold, but I hope it isn't that hot either.
Anyway...I'm going to start ranting again, so be prepared?

A few thoughts scurried about my mind this morning, and in horror, I actually imagined a scene that I would be friendless during college. *shudders* I mean, I actually saw myself alone and all. >< Bleh. Tell me this is just pre-college blues? I just pray that Karl and Jerramil decide to go to DLSU...most especially Jerramil because he's going to be in Planet Gokongwei (LOL) if he ever decides to go there.
Argh. I can't believe I'm torturing myself of thinking of these things this early. It's not even April yet, for God's sake!

I do not like what is going on in Pangako Sa 'Yo. How much things would turn around and all...it's just so friggin' annoying. I thought Maria Amor told the truth already...now Ms. Powers is kicking both Angelo and Yna out. >< So totally unfair.

I am now an official GRADUATE. Man, this feels weird. Last night's ceremonies were beautiful. I actually hugged the people I'd never thought I'd hug, and people thanked me and then people cried. Of course, I did as well. What would happen to old emotional Tina if that didn't happen?
Oh man. I don't know...I just feel like...weird, really. After last night, it still felt like I was still in high school. It's different, you know that? I can't believe I'm almost in college.
Reading Daniel's message to all graduates of batch 2002 is making me cry now. ;_;

And so, while my host is down, I'll rave a bit here. =) I'm viewing the reviews in Amazon for Jennifer Knapp's Kansas (which is one of my newest Christian music purchases). Reading the reviews make me feel even more thankful that I bought it. Come to think of it, even if I don't know a single song from it, I'd probably buy it, as long as it's Christian. =)

Wonderful music, really. I'm really thankful I got influenced into these kinds of music, much thanks to Tiffany. :) I'm happy that I finally found this particular type of music I can really identify with, and be happy with. Everytime I listen to songs by Jennifer Knapp, Avalon, Jars of Clay, Ginny Owens and other Christian artists, I get inspired. It makes me dance, makes me sing, and makes me feel good in general. It's not like the fanaticism I had with the Backstreet Boys and The Moffatts before. It's different. The songs deliver God's messages of love and brings me peace. It's makes me happy in general. I'm now at the point that I don't really care if my friends couldn't really relate to what I listen to. I'm happy that I'm not in the bandwagon anymore. Listening to artists that doesn't sing about sex, love and all those other "shallow" things is really refreshing. It makes me concentrate on God more. As St. Augustine said, When you sing to God, you pray twice.

So all in all, I'm happy that I am now inclined to these kinds of music.

Guilty pleasures galore. Well, not exactly guilty. Right now I'm watching/hearing Pangako Sa Yo, a local TV show. At first, I wouldn't watch these kinds of shows...during the Esperanza and Mula Sa Puso times. But now I'm getting hooked. Storyline's kind of shallow, but too...I don't know, captivating? Whatever.
I'm doing one of the things I'm not supposed to be doing now, but want to do -- learning Flash 5. Fading, specifically. Yihee. :)

Due to the seeming "loneliness" and the lack of interactivity in this blog, I decided to add YACCS! (And I have no idea what that stands for). Anyway.

I am such a weirdo when it comes to food. Right now I'm eating toasted bread with butter and orange marmalade. Weird, eh? But it's good, really. =) Try it sometimes. I have different food weirdness, like putting Ovaltine as palaman to sandwiches, dipping bananas in Ovaltine, putting butter and strawberry jam in bread together..all those stuff. :) Don't we all just love food?
Anyway...I was watching reruns of Yogi Bear in Cartoon Network a while ago. :) Fun, it was like I was a child again. :) I remember those summer days when I'd watch Cartoon Network all day long. Hehe.
Oh yeah, the dentist appointment didn't push through. I'll go there on Saturday instead.

Ran out of cards yesterday, but right now I'm working on the class prophecy and I'm wondering if I should finish it tonight or tomorrow morning, but I feel like I won't be able to do so tomorrow morning because I'm going to the dentist (unless divine intervention comes and the dentist appointment is moved to Sunday) and I need to pass this tomorrow.
Gah. Pressure. =/ Not that kind of pressure, but you know? I haven't been able to sleep through any of this week's mornings yet, because of some things I need to do. =/ Bah....
Oh whatever. I think I'll add about 20 more names and try to wake up early tomorrow to finish it. I just pray for divine intervention on the dentist thingie. =)

Anyways...my foot's itchy. And I'm bored. Hungry even. Oh yeah, speaking of food, I spent a lot of money on the KFC meal we had -- but then it was worth it. Chicken Strips Combo, plus regular mashed potatoes. We got free gravy too. /me love to eat
You know what just happened? I got disconnected and I removed the check on the "Save Password" thing, and I lost the password and I remembered that my mom threw away the card.
Jeez. So I was trying to look for it, and found it in the trash. Jeez (x2). Next time, I'll always use the current cards into bookmarks so I know which I would use.
