Eek! These things can be prevented though so your exercises may help. My Mom went for therapy as well for CPS and she knows all these exercises. I'm sure there are ideas on the net. I hope I didn't scare you! But anyway what you have may not be CPS. But it'd help to take it easy with the typing first! Hope your wrists are so much better now!
