Parteeh Hangover
Nope, I didn’t drink there or whatever…in fact, I don’t think I drank that much at all. But I’m having a serious party parteeh hangover because I had so much fun in the just concluded Blog Parteeh 07! (Try searching for that in Google or Technorati and see how many results you get. Of course, you may not see me in Technorati because I still can’t ping it. Aaargh)And because I’m quite tired to give a blow by blow account (and I might just go around and around and around talking about little details and such), I’ll do it in bullets. :P
- Highlights of the parteeh: me winning a Marks & Spencer wine by accident. Haha, they were doing the Bloggers quiz when Carlo and I went to the drinks table to get some drinks…and then I just decided to join in. And what do you know, I actually won! =)) I didn’t even know the answer to the last question! Wohoo!
- Right after that contest, Abe was asking who convinced Mr. Mike Abundo to use Wordpress…the first guy
(I can’t remember your name, sorry!), AJ, didn’t answer right and then they called me…and I actually guessed right! That’s Php500! Wohoo, thank You Lord! (And in case you’re wondering, it’s SeoLuv convinced him :D) - Leading the Bloggers Bingo game! I can’t believe I became such a palengkera there. Haha I know my voice is loud, but that felt kinda ridiculous…but fun! Haha I can make this a second career, you know? Haha. Anyone want a bingo caller out there? :P
- Seeing Blooey again! Who would’ve thought we’d see each other at this kind of party? :)
- Seeing Mr. Bo Sanchez again! And seeing Sorsi all starstruck about him because that’s also how I feel even if I met him already! And people asking for a copy of Finding Your One True Love…and getting my copy of You Can Make Your Life Beautiful signed. =)
- Getting to talk to Jun about Catholics who blog (and again, thanks for the ride! :D).
- Winning the Google shirt (c/o Aileen from Google Philippines) in the raffle. Wohoo!
- Screaming for the iPod…but not getting it. Oh well. Congrats to AJ though. :)

To all the other people I didn’t get to meet/talk to (or maybe we met but I couldn’t remember…sorry!), I’m still happy you got to go to the parteeh. It wouldn’t have been the same if you weren’t there. Everyone’s presence there was much appreciated. The parteeh was a nice way to spend my Saturday. :D It’s so cool to actually meet bloggers around here, as opposed to my early online life where most of my online friends are way on the other side of the world, and who knows when I could meet them? This is one of the coolest things that happened to me this year…although next time I hope I get to win the grand prize. ;) Hahaha.

Looks like I missed all the fun, seeing as I had to go before the parteeh really started. I’d have loved to join the parteeh as a blogger, but sigh, work gets in the way :) At least the bloggers enjoyed the goodies, heehee.
